I am going to use this space to share thoughts and insights about therapy, psychology, behavior change, or anything else I think might be beneficial to your well-being. I will also use this space to test out material for longer pieces (like articles or books!). I do love writing. It is one of the best things I can do for my mental health. You should have things in your life that are good for you, too, like relationships, hobbies, goals, purposes, and things that are meaningful. If you don't, give me a call and we'll talk about it.
