Forward in Employment

Un/Underemployment for individuals on the Spectrum continues to be a huge issue. I have been participating in groups and collaborating with professionals who are attacking this issue, and the questions many of them are asking are about scaling and longevity. How do we affect a large number of people and create a program or system that is robust enough to stick around for the duration of the training process? A colleague just sent me this article from Southern New Hampshire University:

A large corporation (in this case, Salesforce) partners with educational institutions to bring transferable skills training to individuals who need it in a "low bar" format (e.g., internet). It seems like the huge company helps with the scaling, and the university helps with the robustness and longevity issue.

Now, we just need to agree on what sorts of training is necessary. Maybe the researchers can help us out?
