Melatonin and Dreaming

Good sleep is something I would be tempted to ask for if God asked me, like Solomon, if there was anything special He could do for me (see 1 Kings 3). My barber and I agree that good sleep seems harder to get as one gets older, so recently, I decided to try a melatonin supplement to see what all the hype is about. My initial research revealed that melatonin is offered over the counter and seems to have relatively few side effects, even after long-term use. I should note, however, that if you are considering adding a supplement to your diet, you should speak with your physician first.


Immediately I started having vivid dreams. This was not an unpleasant experience, but it was certainly different, so I did some research on melatonin and dreams and discovered this article:
