Melatonin and Dreaming

Good sleep is something I would be tempted to ask for if God asked me, like Solomon, if there was anything special He could do for me (see 1 Kings 3). My barber and I agree that good sleep seems harder to get as one gets older, so recently, I decided to try a melatonin supplement to see what all the hype is about. In short, I commend this article to you as you consider the value of a good night's sleep.
