A NY court agreed with parents that their 30-year-old son should be evicted. I am going to keep the editorializing to a minimum, as the story speaks for itself. One thing about this story I liked, and an issue I think the parents I work with can empathize with is that one of the comments of the 30-year-old son was that he felt the parents owed him 6-month's notice before evicting him. That was his argument, that he didn't get enough time to vacate.
